SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship all throughout Canada and the US. We are currently working on including International Countries to our shipping options, but for now we accept messages via Instagram in order to ship internationally :)
How much is shipping?
We currently offer a $8 flat rate tracked shipping throughout Canada. As well as a $20 flat rate shipping throughout the United States. We also offer self pick up for our local shoppers, don't forget to call and confirm time and day of pick up :)
How long does an order take to arrive?
Your packages are processed and shipped out within 2 business days. Shipping is anywhere between 1-5 business days, for both Canada and the United States.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive within reasonable time let us know and we’ll locate it for you & make sure it is rerouted. If for any reason it can't be located we will ship you a new set entirely and refund the shipping charges.
RETURNS
What items are eligible for return?
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition as well as unwashed and unworn. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. A refund will be issued once the product has been received and condition confirmed. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and a replacement will be reissued at no added cost.
Exchanges are also welcome, for locals we welcome at home visits for try on's and exchanges! Simply send us message & we will gladly arrange for the visit inshAllah :)
